- Top is not designed to be used as a roll bar, will not provide roll over protection.
- Follow all assembly instructions and make sure top is securely fastened to ATV before use.
- Trail Run Top is designed to protect one person against the elements.
- Trail Run Top is not designed nor should be considered as a safety device.
- Trail Run Top will not or should be expected to be a safety device in any type of accident.
- Trail Run Top is intended only to protect one legal aged rider from the elements
(sun, rain, snow, wind and dust).
- Rider should ride slow and safely while top is in use.
- Top must be secured when in the down position.
- It is the owners responsibility to make sure the exhaust emission system is working properly.
- Owner is responsible to make sure there is no improper emissions escaping from the exhaust system.
- Trail Run Tops do provide ventilation because they are not totally encapsulating thus providing air flow while ATV is moving.
